In her free time, Dr. Tavel loves sharing her health and fitness expertise through writing. She writes a weekly series for Men’s Health magazine called “Your Personal PT” and is a frequent contributor to other publications, including Self and Runner’s World magazines.

Further professional accomplishments include being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as being certified in Pilates Basic Mat by Polestar®.
